Selling a home is a lot of work!

It's official! As of Wednesday, July 26th, our place is up for sale! Since then, we've have three showings and one agent's open. Our first open house is on Sunday August

I thought all the work involved was just to get this place de-cluttered. Nope!

You have to have the place cleaned every time the Realtor calls and says they want to "show" the place and since I'm a stay at home mom right now...... all that work lands on me!

Big sigh.......... I hope this place sells fast!
