The Wiggles - Sydney & Logan first concert

Happy Birthday weekend mommy.

To celebrate mommy's birthday, the last part of her gift was this trip and this concert. Mommy has always been a fan of the arts. Daddy directly attributes "Mooning" from Grease as the song that stole mommy's heart when he performed it in high school.

Knowing that mommy has always loved theatre, musicals, etc., it is great to be able to share that love with the kids. And what better way than to bring the kids to LA to see the Wiggles.

Sydney was ecstatic, singing to every song, clapping and laughing. Logan is just old enough to know who the Wiggles are. We really thought that he might get freaked out and over-stimulated, but he was great. He was bouncing around and smiling (and even squeezed in a feeding and a diaper change).

The most impressing part was when Murray said "thanks everyone for coming... especially the lovely children of LOS ANGELLLEZZ." That's when I realized that I was 20 years old before I flew on a plane, that Sydney has been on about a dozen flights already, and Logan isn't even one and he's seeing a concert in L.A. Our kids will have a very different viewpoint on reality versus us.

What a wonderful experience. We are forever in debt to some great friends for this life long memory.
