Closing Ceremonies

After celebrating the Team Canada Gold Medal win, we settled in to watch the Closing Ceremonies. It was quite the experience for the kids and us. Everyone in the stadium received a box of props, costumes and gifts as part of the production. From antlers to red lights to Sochi snow globes and more, it was a great event. Sydney and Logan caught naps before onsite, and the fact that we sat in the highest row (ZZ) in the stadium worked to our advantage as we had a lot of space to spread out with the kids, our gear and we ended up with a great view.

Though cheesy and tacky at times, the celebration was very Canadian. Oh Canada!
