Alaska - Ketchikan & Whale watching

Sydney and I spent the ketchikan visit on the boat doing a little reading catching some zzz's; while Logan went shopping with mommy.

Earlier in the day, Sydney and I saw about three whales. She was also enamored with the numerous float plans we saw coming in, and promised all of us that "when i get old enough, I'm going on a float plane." She is priceless.

On the last day after afternoon nap time and en route back to Vancouver, Logan and I scooted outside to catch about six orca whales. Awesome! Another trip highlight.

Alaska - a foggy morning

Alaska - Edmonton folk

Sydney with Popo and Adoodoo... while Gong Gong walks up the stairs in the lobby.

Alaska - Dance classes with daddy

Taking a waltz class with dad. The instructor was super nice to us... and recognized Sydney during the night show... and subsequently pulled daddy on stage to shake some maracas... much to Sydney's (and more mommy's) delight.

Mommy finally gets her Logan gift

And it comes from her baby boy

Alaska - Last Formal

Yes, that is one pork chop and yes, Sydney finished it. Dancing all day = lots of calories burnt

Yes, that is four lobster tails that daddy date. Yes, that is half a glass of wine daddy drank.

Yes, that is Sydney's picture taking of No. 2.

Nice pics of Adoodoo and Logey

Alaska - Sydney chillin'

Sydney (at night) relaxing in the lounge and checking out a four piece quartet.

She's so sophisticated and lady-like just like mom. S'wonderful.

Alaska- Juneau!

Gorgeous town of about 70,000. Again, not a lot of pictures because it was mostly (actually all shopping). Next time we're here, we'll get on a boat and go whale watching...

Alaska Cruise - Sydney the photographer in full effect

Love the pic of Popo and Gong Gong.

There is no doubt that Adoodoo was Sydney's bff this trip.

Alaska Cruise Dancing

Alaska: 8Pm Dance Routine

Our daily. nightly routine quickly settled in. Around the third night of the cruise, we determined that there was a "so cool" oldies/ blues/ rock band that played at a cafe every night when we finished dinner. So, our nightly routine was Sydney would go dancing with ADoodoo, Popo, and sometimes No. 5 and mommy. Gong Gong and Logan would hang out and watch, and then daddy would take Logan off to bed early (in general, daddy spent a lot of time with Logan putting him down for naps and to sleep).

Here are some highlights:
